Wonderful stay in a spacious twin room!

I was charmed by the room size. It easily accommodated my luggage. The shower pressure was strong, and it was nice, and the air conditioning worked well. I appreciated the quietness of the room. I barely heard any outside sounds. The big, comfortable duvets.

I found the staff super lovely. They helped to organise luggage transfer for us. The rooms themselves were really nice and clean. I enjoyed the gym. It was easy to access and had a lot of availability. The free drinks bar in the lobby was also so good, especially on a hot day!

The breakfast is buffet style. It is all you can eat for a reasonable price. The hotel provides a Japanese-influenced breakfast buffet, so it does not offer the same items every single day.

There are train stations not far from the hotel. The hotel is near a bakery, Shinshindo-Oike. It was good for morning coffee. I found many restaurants, shops, and Nishiki Market close by (I bought some delicious sweets).

The room included a little kitchen with all the necessary equipment. A washing machine was also available in the room, very convenient. The staff provided a very friendly and helpful service.

The air conditioning seemed quite weak , and the ventilation system blew hot air. This. I had to keep the aircon running constantly to maintain an acceptable temperature.

The staff were very kind. They were also helpful and fluent English speakers. The hotel is near Nishiki market with about a 10 minutes walk. The hotel provides a water dispenser and free flow beverages at the lounge.

The room was not cleaned properly. I found an used Q-tip next to the bed and I informed the front desk immediately. I think the aircon is way too weak. The ventilation system was blowing hot air into the room.

the room size was good. i had a beautiful twin room. the lobby offered breakfast and free non-alcoholic drinks all day, which i found quite convenient. the location was near karasuma oike station, only a few stops from the main station.

the air conditioning seemed weak, and the ventilation system blew warm air into the room. we had to get assistance from the staff to seal it. it was quite uncomfortable until we got it sorted.
